Taobao, Weidian and 1688 link converter

Chinese marketplaces and shopping agents do not speak the same URL. A Weidian listing you found on Discord will not open inside CSSBuy, and a Taobao app share link carries a pile of tracking junk that agents choke on. This converter reads the item ID out of whatever you paste — desktop URL, mobile share link, shortened link — and rebuilds it as a clean link for every agent at once.

How it works

  1. Paste one link, or a whole list of them, into the box.
  2. The converter pulls the item ID out of each link and cleans off the tracking parameters.
  3. Copy the agent link you want — or copy the whole converted list at once.

About this tool

It also runs in bulk. Paste a whole spreadsheet column and you get the same list back, converted, in the order you sent it, ready to paste into your own sheet. That is the difference between converting a haul in ten seconds and doing it one tab at a time.

Common questions

Which sites can it convert?

Taobao, Tmall, Weidian and 1688, including mobile share links and shortened links that redirect to one of them. Anything else is rejected rather than guessed at, because a wrong item ID silently sends you to the wrong product.

How many links can I convert at once?

Up to a hundred per batch. Beyond that the request would run past the server time limit and you would get a partial answer with no way of knowing which links were missing — so it caps and tells you rather than truncating quietly.

Does converting cost anything or change the price?

No. The converted link goes to the same listing at the same price. The agent links are affiliate links, which is how the site is paid for — it costs you nothing and does not change what the agent charges.

Why does my link not work in the agent?

Usually the listing has been taken down, or you copied a shop link rather than a product link. A product link has an item ID in it; a shop link only has the seller. The converter will tell you which one it found.
